The South African Democratic Teachers’ Union (SADTU) will, together with its investment company SIHOLD, donate uniforms to all 240 Tshukutswe High School learners in Limpopo as part of celebrating Mandela Day 18 July under the theme “Inspire change, make everyday a Mandela Day”.

SIHOLD CEO Thami Nompula together with SADTU General Secretary Mugwena Maluleke who adopted the school in 2011, will be joined by the Union’s National Working Committee members and Limpopo leadership to hand over the uniforms and recommit the union to renovate the school as part of making everyday a Mandela Day.

Tshukutswe High School is a rural, no-fee school and most of the learners’ parents are unemployed. The uniforms to be donated will include jerseys, shoes, shirts and socks.
